At  Acdecors (operated by TIMELESS BELTS LLC), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a straightforward 30-Day Return Policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item (Delivery Date) to request a return.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • All accessories, manuals, and free gifts must be included.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (Order Number).

Non-returnable items: Please note that custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and gift cards cannot be returned.

 

2. Return Process & Address

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@acdecors.com with your Order # and the reason for the return.

  2. Ship the Item: Once confirmed, please mail your product to our return center address below. Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

3. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

4. Refunds

  • Delay: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your bank first.

 

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
