2. Shipping Destinations and Coverage


We currently ship to the contiguous United States and Canada.

Shipping Exclusions


We do not ship to the following locations:

  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other US territories
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
  • PO boxes (for select oversized items)
  • International locations outside the US and Canada



3. Shipping Costs and Pricing Structure


Free standard shipping is available on all orders to the contiguous United States and Canada, with no minimum purchase required. No additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout for eligible orders.



4. Order Processing Time


All orders require a 1–3 business day processing window before shipment, excluding weekends and US federal holidays. This time includes:

  • Order verification and payment confirmation
  • Product inspection and secure packaging
  • Handover to our shipping carrier

Order Cut-Off Time


  • Orders received before 2:00 PM (GMT+8) on business days will begin processing the same day.
  • Orders received after 2:00 PM (GMT+8) will begin processing the next business day.

This timeline helps us set realistic delivery expectations and reduce "Where is my order?" inquiries.



5. Delivery / Transit Time


Once your order is dispatched from our fulfillment center, estimated transit times are as follows:

  • Contiguous United States: 7–9 business days
  • Canada: 8–12 business days

Potential Delays


Please note that delivery timelines are estimates only. Delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier operational issues
  • Severe weather conditions
  • National or local holidays
  • Customs clearance delays (for Canadian orders)

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen circumstances.



6. Warehouse / Fulfillment Location Disclosure


To ensure fast, cost-effective delivery, your package may ship from global fulfillment centers, including facilities in China. All products are quality-inspected before shipment to meet our standards.



7. Order Tracking Information


Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the email address provided at checkout. This email includes your unique tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package’s status.

Important Notes:


  • Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update in the carrier’s system after dispatch.
  • You can track your order via the link in your confirmation email or directly on the carrier’s official website.



8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes


For orders shipped to Canada, customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees may be charged by the destination country upon delivery.

  • doucehabitat is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
  • All applicable fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • If a package is returned to us due to unpaid duties or taxes, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.



9. Damaged or Lost Packages Policy


Damaged Items


If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@doucehabitat.com. You must provide clear photos of the damaged product and original packaging. We will offer a full replacement or full refund at your request.

Lost Packages


  • If tracking shows your order as "Delivered" but you have not received it:
    1. Check your property, porch, mailbox, and neighbors for the package.
    2. Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a missing package claim.

  • doucehabitat is not liable for packages once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.



10. Correct Shipping Address Responsibility


It is the customer’s sole responsibility to provide an accurate, complete shipping address at checkout.

  • Address changes are not possible once an order has entered processing.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for paying all redelivery shipping costs.
